BlueSales — CRM system, integrated with “Vkontakte”

My name is Mikhail Glukhov, I am 32 years old, own a business in the field of software development doing for the last 10 years. In July 2015 we launched a startup BlueSales — first CRM system, integrated with “Vkontakte”. Key chip system — full integration with “Vkontakte” thanks to our extension for Google Chrome that allows you to get customers and orders without leaving the social network.

From September to November, we attracted hundreds of registrations is a group Vkontakte, which sell goods (clothes, jewelry, bags) and services (beauty shops, fitness centers, trainings and so on).

The project is already producing revenue. From 1 October we introduced paid tariffs, the most popular of which costs 599 rubles per month per user. The main results point to our users is the increasing conversion and sales, orderliness in working with clients and reduce time in processing orders due to the fact that you can work from the comfort of a familiar interface “Vkontakte”.

In our team three people — me and two developers. The project was financed from own funds. There are plans to implement support for other social networks (Facebook, Odnoklassniki, Instagram and others) and turn in BlueSales versatile tool to interact with customers and the community of menedzmenta in all social networks with the prospect of entering the international market.

We are working to attract investments in the amount of 2-3 million rubles. The project shows good growth, but investment can help to speed it up. I will be glad any comments.
